It features three levels that are stacked, staggered in receding length similar to stairs. So the lower level is provided shelter by the upper level as well.
This also works in reverse as a safety net of sorts for your cat if it rolls off the edge of one of the upper-level beds.

“Though she be small, she is also mighty!” – not sure but I know I’ve heard it somewhere before (haha!). Although this tree is among the smaller models of cat furniture, it is jammed packed with all the basics your cat needs to thrive. It includes:

The only thing really missing is toys which you can add pretty inexpensively and if you wanted to attach them to the tree all you need is some string.

One of the things you will really enjoy about this tree is how well it will adapt to your unique situation. It is a good option for families (yes, family even if it’s just you and kitty it counts! 😉 )that:

- have limited space such as an apartment, condo or small house
- have senior cats
- have cats with mobility issues
- have multiple cats
- have large cats
The tree itself is just 33 in (83.82 cm) which makes it compact enough to fit into most vehicles being roughly about the height of a small child. In the same way, you can squeeze it in pretty easily in small spaces if you lack space which can seem pretty elusive even in the biggest of areas.
The stair step design makes ascending and descending so much easier and safer for cats that may struggle with this task like elderly cats or ones with joint problems such as arthritis. What Type of Cat Is The NCC Triple Cat Perch For?
This tree is for cats that like to lounge a lot. It is also good for cats who are old and or have issues navigating heights.
It is big and sturdy enough to hold a large 20lb cat but shallow enough for a 19-year-old cat to ascend with no issue. (pics are in the review comments of Amazon)
Adult cats will also enjoy flying up and down the steps although we still recommend that you add additional climbing structures for them to play on.
